We’ve serviced 19 government buildings and worked with housing authorities across South Carolina, so we’re familiar with the documentation, scheduling, and security requirements that come with public facilities. We also work as a subcontractor to primes on larger contracts.
What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area is the South Carolina Lowcountry, including Charleston, North Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek and Moncks Corner in the Lowcountry, plus Spartanburg, Greenville and Cherokee counties in the Upstate. If your facility sits outside those areas, reach out anyway — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can service it well.
Can you clean outside of our business hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial janitorial work happens evenings, overnight, or on weekends so your staff and visitors aren’t disrupted. Floor stripping and waxing is almost always scheduled after hours, since the finish needs time to cure before foot traffic returns.
Do you provide your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our crews arrive with the equipment, and supplies needed for your scope of work, including floor machines for stripping, waxing, and buffing. If your facility requires specific products or has restrictions on chemicals, we’ll work within those requirements.
