Who We Are
Integrity Contracting Solutions, LLC was built on exactly what our name promises — honest work, done right, every time. Since 2021 we’ve provided commercial janitorial and floor care services to government buildings, housing authorities, and municipalities across the Charleston area and the South Carolina Lowcountry.
As a woman-owned small business, we’ve earned our place on some of the region’s most demanding contracts — from single offices to 200,000+ sq ft facilities. Today, we’re growing beyond government work into the public and private sector, serving both the Lowcountry and the Upstate.

Trident Technical College
Nightly cleaning across two campuses totalling 164,000 sq ft, including classrooms, culinary kitchens, clinics and libraries. Strip and wax twice yearly, monthly auto scrub and buff.
City of North Charleston
Public Works, City Hall, the Intermodal Transit Center, Athletic Center and Port City Gym. Seven-day coverage at several sites, including a 200,000 sq ft daily scope.
Charleston Housing Authority
Weekly cleaning of five senior apartment buildings in downtown Charleston, covering elevators, laundry rooms, stairwells and exterior grounds.
BCD Council of Governments
Nightly janitorial across three locations, including the Tri-County Link office and the CARTA Park & Ride.

Combined janitorial and landscaping at the Leeds Avenue facility, covering offices, restrooms, mechanic shop and common areas.
